A new outdoor living space provides this beach house with both privacy and views to the beach.

The design uses modern materials and coastal friendly plants to create a comfortable outdoor space with pergolas to provide shelter from the western sun and wind. The paved terrace, with its small central lawn and adjacent fire pit is the perfect space for a BBQ, sunbathing, reading and socialising with friends and family. Trees and plants were selected for their ability to thrive in a coastal environment with flowerbeds providing colour and shape. Plant heights provide both privacy on the border of the property with plantings closer to the house framing the view to the beach.
